I’m Miranda Pierce, a recent graduate of Baylor University with a B.A. in Corporate Communication and minors in Public Relations and Media Management.

Over the past few years, I’ve gained experience across talent acquisition, recruiting, and public relations from building data-driven insights and sourcing talent at Sephora, to supporting employee engagement at Magnolia, to working on brand storytelling and events at Factory PR.

Rooted in my Salvadoran-American heritage, I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected with the right opportunities. I bring strengths in communication, collaboration, and relationship-building, along with technical skills in Excel, ATS platforms, Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft 365.
